At Adama Butcher Shop, kashrut is not an afterthought, it's the foundation of everything we do.

All of our meat is certified Glatt Kosher under the supervision of the ORB (Orthodox Rabbinical Board). Our products are prepared in Laffa & Co's certified kosher kitchen in Miami, under the close, on-site supervision of an ORB Mashgiach who oversees every stage of the process: receiving incoming meat, butchering, packaging, and storage.
