These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Adama Butcher Shop website and any purchases made through it (the "Services"), operated by Elis Group LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Products and Availability

Adama Butcher Shop offers premium kosher meat products (beef, chicken, and lamb) for local delivery only. All products are certified kosher under ORB supervision. We do not hold retail inventory; products are prepared and portioned to order. Product availability, weights, and prices are subject to change without notice.

2. Orders and Delivery

We currently deliver only within our designated local delivery area, on Mondays and Thursdays. Orders for Monday delivery must be placed by Sunday at 12:00 PM. Orders for Thursday delivery must be placed by Wednesday at 12:00 PM. Orders placed after the applicable cutoff will be scheduled for the next available delivery day. All meat is vacuum sealed and delivered frozen. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the scheduled time; we are not responsible for product spoilage resulting from a missed or delayed pickup at the delivery address.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are based on the weight tier selected at checkout. Actual product weight may vary slightly from the listed weight due to the nature of butchered meat; any such variation will not result in an additional charge or refund unless the variance is significant. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments at the time of order.

4. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified free of charge up until the applicable cutoff time for your delivery day, as described in Section 2. Once an order has passed its cutoff and entered preparation, it cannot be canceled.

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details on damaged, incorrect, or missing items.

6. Food Safety Disclaimer

Our products must be kept frozen or properly refrigerated upon delivery and handled and cooked according to safe food-handling practices. We are not responsible for any illness or injury resulting from improper storage, handling, or preparation of our products after delivery.

7. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order through our Services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Elis Group LLC / Adama Butcher Shop and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elis Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or purchase of our products, beyond the value of the order in question.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
